Utah Mobile Physicians was formed by Clinicians who quickly realized the lack of "Continuity of Care” in Utah's mobile health care setting. We are former Emergency Medicine Providers who were concerned that Patients who could not easily get out to see their Physician were being sent to the Emergency Room for Health Care.

 

We proudly serve most of the Wasatch Front from Cache Valley to Utah County for all your in-home care needs. Our Continuity of Care model will ensure that we can serve your health care needs.
